TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Stil: AI Capsule Wardrobe & Personal Stylist Assistant mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Details: Email address provided during registration or login.
  • Closet Images: Photos of your apparel, accessories, and shoes uploaded to the Application.
  • Style Metrics: Your body shape index, preferred styles, skin undertones, and outfit ratings.
  • Subscriptions: Premium subscription logs billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Categorize and catalog clothing photos into a digital closet,
  • Assist in planning seasonal capsule wardrobes and daily outfits,
  • Recommend items for purchase based on wardrobe needs.

3. Data Protection

Your closet images are encrypted and stored in secure database units (AWS Frankfurt). We do not share your photos or style preferences with third-party advertising companies.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Application’s features. Your account data and content remain stored while your account is active. When you delete your account (via the in-app deletion option or the account deletion page), all personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems. Encrypted server backups expire automatically within 90 days at the latest. If you use the Application without creating an account, your content stays on your device and is not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process your requests. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account and apparel files at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a form at https://stil.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
